We welcome cats and dogs (and rabbits per FAQ) with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Non‑refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, etc., are prohibited).
